Founded in 2019 as business model that allows the company to relocate frequently due to the military lifestyle, we are no strangers to adjustments and accommodations. In the spirit of that framework, we have an announcement to make.

As of 2026 we are an entirely gluten free, Celiac safe baking business, 

​

While this is not likely a permanent change, we will only offer gluten free products for the foreseeable future - at least until the day we retire from military life and can open TWO locations - one to create my original recipes, and one to safely continue creating our new gluten free menu.
